The Story of Productiv
Productiv was founded in 2006 by Rich Boehling, a trained nuclear engineer, and Louis Sabetti with a simple goal—solve their manufacturing clients' challenges with labor-intensive processes.
These companies faced challenges hiring temporary labor for simple but time-consuming tasks like manual assembly, packaging, and rework projects. What began as a staffing solution evolved into something more powerful: an embedded partner model that treats client operations as our own.
Over time, we recognized that the best outcomes came not from simply providing labor, but from owning the entire process—engineering workflows, measuring results, and continuously improving.
