RICHMOND, VA – 1/1/2023– Productiv, a national leader in value-added business-to-business and direct-to-consumer order fulfillment, has expanded its Dallas area operations with a recent expansion of its Patriot Dr. facility. With this expansion, which takes the Patriot Dr. facility from 100,000 to 260,000 sq. ft., Productiv offers shippers unparalleled access to high-volume kitting and assembly services, point-of-purchase display building, and B2B retail distribution to over 60 major retailers.
The expansion is designed to meet the growing demand for Productiv’s industry-leading kitting and assembly services and is poised to help businesses expand their in-store relationships with major retailers.
“It’s a unique opportunity to be able to add floor space in a city that is connected to an existing building,” Productiv President Doug Legan said. “We’ve been happy at Patriot Drive for a few years now and we were able to more than double the footprint by taking on this additional space. This is particularly important as we support Point-of-Purchase Display builds and product filling going to major retailers such as Walmart and Target from this location, and the additional floor space is critical to kitting efficiency and staging pallets for shipping.”
