POP Display Assembly & Fulfillment: We Ship What We Build
Most display assemblers hand your finished units to a freight forwarder. Productiv builds pallet displays, PDQ trays, sidekicks, endcaps, and club store displays on the same floor that ships your retail POs — so the display is built, loaded, labeled, and on a truck to the store or DC without a second vendor. We ship what we build.

Retail compliance built into the line
Built, loaded, labeled, and shipped by one team
POP display assembly and fulfillment is the work of taking a brand's display components and product, building the finished point-of-purchase display — pallet display, PDQ tray, endcap, sidekick, or club store display — to the retailer's planogram, and then shipping it to stores or distribution centers against the retailer's routing guide. Productiv does both steps on one floor in Dallas and Charlotte, inside the same operation that kits 30M+ units a year and ships into 100+ retailers.
Build: Display assembly to planogram
Display components arrive flat or knocked down with your product. We assemble, fill, and seal every unit against the planogram, with a First Article approved by your team before the full run.
Pallet displays (full and half pallet)
Assembled, loaded, shrink-wrapped, and corner-boarded as one shippable unit — the format club stores and mass retailers want on the floor the day it arrives.
PDQ trays and counter displays
Shelf-ready and counter PDQ trays filled to the planogram face count, shrink-wrapped or lidded, with tray and case labels applied.
Endcaps and floor displays
Knocked-down corrugated floor stands and endcap displays built, filled, and packed so store associates can set them without tools.
Sidekicks, power wings, and clip strips
Aisle and checkout units assembled and pre-loaded, hooks and strips included, ready to hang.
Club store displays
Costco and Sam's Club pallet and tray programs built to each club's display specs, pallet heights, and labeling, with product loaded in the configuration the club warehouse expects.
Ship: Display fulfillment, store-direct or to the DC
Finished displays leave from the same docks as your parcel and pallet orders. Store-direct distribution, retailer DC appointments, mixed-display orders, and built units held until the reset window opens.
Store-direct display distribution
Displays allocated by store list, labeled per door, and shipped parcel or LTL against the in-store date.
Retailer DC and club pallet programs
Palletized displays shipped to retailer and club distribution centers against the routing guide, the appointment window, and the PO.
Build ahead, hold, release
Build before the reset, hold finished displays in the building, and release by region or wave so stores set them the same week.
Refills and replenishment
Tray and display refills picked from the same inventory pool that fed the original build — no second vendor, no transfer.
Comply: Retail compliance built into the line
Retailer-specific labeling, GS1-128 case and pallet labels, EDI 856 ASNs, and routing-guide checks happen on the display line, not after the chargeback arrives.
Routing guides and labeling
Pre-wired EDI connections and label templates for 60+ retailers, so a display program ships against the routing guide from the first PO.
Club pallet specifications
Pallet height, overhang, corner boards, stretch wrap, and placard rules for Costco and Sam's Club pallet programs checked before the pallet leaves the line.
ASNs and chargeback prevention
EDI 856 ASNs transmitted inside the retailer's window. Our error, our credit — with the root cause fixed.
First Article approval
ProQuality, our operator-built quality tool, routes photos of the first built display to your team for sign-off before the run.
What Our Clients Say
Trusted by leading brands for reliable, scalable fulfillment operations
"They're always treating us like a new customer whether its the first project or the 8th project. They come to the table with an open concept of 'we're going to make it work', whatever you need."
"Productiv has a very good team on our account, they've made it run very smooth, and they've done it pretty flawlessly. I do production planning and transportation so for it to go smooth from beginning to end is really important for my job."
"When we set the process, it just works. We send in the material. It gets packed out and turned around to us. So there's minimal interaction that we have to do. That's something that I like about them."
"One of the reasons we went with Productiv is they are very quick to act and kick off. The larger 3PLs are less flexible and smaller ones don't offer the suite of services or the geographic reach. Productiv is flexible, moves fast, and has a great footprint."
"Productiv's flexibility and speed set them apart. Their team not only delivers solutions but adapts seamlessly to challenges. During the Christmas trials, Charlotte's team showed exceptional adaptability, ensuring smooth operations."
"We are hitting all the SLAs over and over again. Productiv has led the charge and brought so many improvements to the table over the last two years. There's nothing glaring that stands out anymore and now we are just fine tuning."
How Productiv Delivers
This service is delivered through the Productiv Network—Dallas as the hub, Charlotte and Reno as the spokes—not sold as a standalone rate-card item. We engineer the system itself, improving performance as you scale.

Walmart gift card displays, built under a financial-controls audit
A retail program agency runs its Walmart gift card display assembly and distribution through Productiv. The program has to pass Walmart's financial controls audit, so chain of custody, counts, and sealed-unit verification are built into the display line rather than added after the fact — and the finished displays ship from the same floor.
A tool manufacturer keeps its factory lines on product
A hardware and tool manufacturer's production lines were never designed for display builds. Productiv takes the seasonal PDQ and retail display work off the plant floor, builds to planogram, and ships to retail, so the factory keeps running the product it was built for.
Seasonal resets for a personal care brand
A personal care brand brings Productiv its retail display and PDQ assembly for seasonal resets. Displays are built against the reset date and shipped so stores set them on time, from the same inventory that fills the brand's retail POs.
Seasonal retail kits for Target and Macy's
A global marketing agency runs its seasonal kit programs for Target and Macy's through Productiv — multi-retailer execution where each retailer's labeling, ASN, and routing-guide rules are applied on the same line the kits are built on.
From our G2 reviews
“…real people helping us solve problems as if they were their own. They care about their customers and won't let you down. We considered other 3PLs and have worked with others and none compare!”
“Ask even if you don't think it is in their wheelhouse, I have been pleasantly surprised at what Productiv can accomplish.”
